1. Returns
We accept returns within 7–14 days of receiving your order (you can adjust this timeframe). To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
Items on clearance or final sale
Customized or personalized products (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will resolve the issue quickly.
